Our Truffles
Our truffles are a fresh food with many fresh, natural and organic ingredients and with no preservatives. After your purchase, truffles will last about a week on the kitchen counter, preferably at 68-70 degrees. Refrigerating truffles may affect the look of the couverture due to humidity, but they will still be good to eat.
It is helpful to place truffles in an airtight container, if you don’t plan to eat them right away.
